On 9 December, the III All-Russian Festival “Constellation of Courage” awarding ceremony took place

On December 9, the Moscow Youth Palace hosted an awarding ceremony for winners of the III All-Russian Festivals “Constellation of Courage” organized by EMERCOM.  It is the third year the festival unites representatives of security, defense and law enforcement agencies, journalists and the public in solving the common problem of increasing culture of safety

On 9 October 2011 the special fire department of the Federal Border Service (FPS) of EMERCOM celebrated 64th anniversary

Since 1947 the special fire department has been a strong multifunctional system. Today it consists of 50 divisions all over the country.
